For an international trading company in the logistics sector, we are looking for a Finance Supervisor (32–40 hours). Are you ready to take the next step in your financial career? In this role, you’ll be responsible for reporting, control, and strategic financial support. Perfect for someone with 0–3 years of experience who’s ready to grow in a dynamic and professional environment.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements: balance sheet, P&L, cash flow
  • Contribute to annual financial planning and internal control standards
  • Manage cost accounting, cost control, and capital efficiency
  • Review business plans and investment proposals for financial feasibility
  • Advise management on investments, risks, and financial decisions
  • Ensure tax compliance and develop effective tax strategies
  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely customer payments
  • Handle accounts payable and maintain supplier relations
  • Reconcile financial records and bank statements
  • Continuously monitor and improve financial performance

Wie ben jij

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in a financial role or ready for a next step
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial legislation
  • Experience with Visma Online or similar software
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
  • Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented
  • CPA or similar certification is a plus

Als senior business controller bij het COA ben jij de strategische partner van de directeur Bedrijfsvoering en diens MT. Je bent de inhoudelijke kartrekker van de control-functie binnen jouw domein en speelt een coördinerende rol richting de andere business controllers. Je draagt bij aan de verbetering van bedrijfsvoering, stelt scherpe analyses op, signaleert kansen en risico’s en werkt mee aan de doorontwikkeling van onze Planning & Control-instrumenten.
